My Background
As a Communications and Events Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Maine, I oversee the planning and execution of impactful fundraising events that support the mission of mentoring youth. I also manage the communication strategy and social media presence of the organization, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging that showcases the stories and successes of our programs and participants.
With over five years of experience in the non-profit sector, I have developed a strong skill set in event coordination, communication, marketing, and graphic design. I have also earned certifications in social media, communication, and event development. I thrive in a collaborative and creative environment where I can use my interpersonal and leadership skills to build relationships with donors, volunteers, community partners, and youth.
